I like the enthusiastic tone of this ad. Well the price is way too high, especially for such a
shitbox
interesting little car. But I must admit it’s in remarkable condition.
Who knows, maybe somewhere a nostalgic eastern European immigrant who lived the american dream buys it for the old days sake.

There is a reason you never see them. I remember when they first started seliing them in the US, yes I old. They crapped out, most of them didn’t make it to 50K miles before needing major repairs. The car was only $3000 or so new, so most people didn't want to put $1500-2000 in the car to repair them. Subaru came out with it's Justy which was a whole lot better and only a few dollars more around 4K IRCC.

That's gonna leave a mark!

Take two zeros off the price first. Add one zero to the millage because 1 mile equals 10 miles to the wear and tear on the Yugo. Then take 50 points off your IQ if you think buying this is a good idea.

CP. Still, I must admit, seeing an intact driveable example today is crazy rare. They were disposable cars that cost something like a third or quarter of this asking price new, though, so I can't fathom even a survivor warranting that much. Maybe in 2-3 more decades some small car museum might want it if it was this clean, but I can't see much mass market appeal.

It seriously might be the single nicest... yugo... in existence.
